Being in your power

Being in your power is a term often used, but what does it really mean? Does this mean you always have a powerful look? That you are always strong?

No, I don’t think so. In my opinion, this means that you are in balance with everything in you.

All the parts that are in you are allowed to be there, including parts that were once put in the shadows and whose “gold” you have also found, as Jung so beautifully put it.

You are in your power when both your vulnerable and strong selves are allowed to be there

That your angry self has a useful place and sets boundaries, that your hurting child is listened to by the mother in yourself.

When you have that in balance and can have complete love for yourself, then you are in your power.
