Are you challenged considerably during this period and can’t stop fretting about it? The challenge is not only because of the mundane in our lives, but in addition, all the limitations that are there and the worries you may have.
How do you fare during this time? Can you stay with yourself and move along like the reed? Or are you as anchored as a sequoias tree, which, however large, is almost impossible to get down?
What does your inner world look like? Is it smooth as a lake? Do you drop a stone in it every now and then and see the wrinkles thinning out harmoniously? Or do and multiple stones fall into that lake, becoming a chaos of ripples and not being harmonious?
Can you keep your inner balance even though so much is happening around you?
Is it quiet in your head, or is it not?
All those thoughts in my head …
Often thoughts in your head determine how you feel. The busier your head is, the less good you feel. When all kinds of voices in your head are talking through each other, or a voice is very compellingly present, making you feel anxious or hunted, you cannot listen to your deeper truth.
When you get to know those voices better as your inner personalities and self-direction occurs, then more silence arises in your mind. You can then silence them by saying; “thank you, but not right now.”
Finding the silence …
There in that silence you find your true self, that part in you that is wise and has a divine spark. That part is part of a bigger picture.
That part knows what your path is and what you came here to do. It knows what your mission is, your purpose. You are born with a unique composition of inner personalities; you are born in a certain place. All of this has to do with your mission.
Your mission you don’t have to devise
You don’t have to come up with that mission, it’s already there. You discover it by listening. By quieting your mind and then letting the right voices do the talking. By focusing and following the flow.
When you have your mission clear, then you have focus, you know where to pay attention and where not to pay attention. Unimportant things let go and you know what choices to make.
You are no longer searching, you have found. And with everything you hold, all the so-called chance experiences in your life help you achieve your mission.
Your mission is not attached to a profession or other concrete things. You can carry out your mission in a thousand and one ways. Everywhere and nowhere. It is a deeper river that shows you where the road is.
But first you have to find that river.
Spend time listening, time with yourself, time without having to, time without time. Very deep within, where all the answers lie.
Stop fretting and live your mission
Especially at this time, it is important to live your mission, so that together we can create a better world. Then you can stop fretting.
